Online Bill Pay

It's easy to view and pay your City of Stockton utility (water, sewer,storm water, and garbage) bill online.  Residential and Commercial customers can pay with Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards instantly by visiting our Online Utility Customer Service Center.

The Online Utility Customer Service Center is available except during regularly scheduled maintenance hours.  The system is unavailable, due to maintenance:

• Monday from 4:00 am to 6:00 am
• Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 am to 6:00 am

Creating a PIN

If you have not accessed your account online before you will need to create a PIN.  To create a PIN, click on the "New User" link on the left side of the page.  When you return to the log-in screen, you will need your Account ID and PIN. 

Account ID

Your account ID is your account number (see below).  This can be entered without the leading zeroes; however, you will need to include the dash.  For example: 654321-123456 would be the proper way to enter an account ID.
