The City of Stockton Utility Billing unit provides billing for the combined City services of water, sewer, and storm water. Residential garbage collection charges are also combined on the utility bill.

Water Information
The City of Stockton provides water service to approximately half of the residences and businesses in the City. All fees and charges are set based on the cost of maintaining, improving and repairing the water systems.
Reporting Problems
City of Stockton customers can contact Utility Billing Customer Service during regular business hours to report any leaks at the meter or other service problems.
After Hours Emergency Reporting
