Fair Political Practices Commission Filings

The Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) has the primary responsibility for the impartial and effective administration of the Political Reform Act and promotes the integrity of state and local government in California through fair, impartial interpretation and enforcement of political campaigns, lobbying, and conflict of interest laws. The Act requires certain public officials, candidates, and employees to disclose their interests by submitting select statements and forms to the City Clerk. These documents are available to the public and can answer questions about who is contributing money, who is receiving money, and how it is being spent.
