The South Stockton Commerce Center project is a 437+/- acre mixed-use project for development in the southwest portion of the City of Stockton, located west of the Union Pacific Railroad and State Route (SR) 99, and east of Airport Way. An Environmental Impact Report is being prepared to inform the planning and review process by providing the City's decision-makers with sufficient information to guide and manage the development of the South Stockton Commerce Center.
