Crystal Bay
Crystal Bay is a planned residential community of 173 +/- acres and approximately 1,343 residential units, designed with a wide variety of park 
and open space amenities in the northwest portion of Stockton.
The project site is located south side of Eight Mile Road, east of Rio Blanco Road and west of Westlake Drive.
City Council approved Crystal Bay Residential Project on April 29, 2008, and annexed into the City of Stockton on June 17, 2008.
