Building & Life Safety Division
The Community Development Department's Building & Life Safety Division enforces building codes, laws, ordinances, and regulations for building construction and remodeling within the city. The Division:
- Accepts applications,
- Checks plans,
- Performs Inspections,
- Processes building permits, and
- Responds to complaints.
