Citation Processing Center (CPC) Website

The CPC website lets you view, pay, or appeal/contest your citations online. Use the link provided in External Links at the bottom of this page:

  • Click the "Citation Search" button.
  • Enter the citation number from the original ticket or the Notice of Violation postcard.

View a Citation

The CPC web site allows you to search your ticket using:

  • Citation number and time or date of violation,
  • Notice number and 5 digit zip code, or
  • License plate number and state issued.

If you just received your citation, you may not be able to pay/appeal online until it is uploaded to the Processing Center. Citations are usually uploaded every 24 hours, but in some cases it may take a little longer before it is available online.

Pay a Citation

Once you have pulled up your citation, you can make a payment using 128-bit encryption, the highest encryption level available and the same security used on all internet-based payment applications. This site does not store your credit card information. Once an approval or rejection is received, the information is purged from the system.

  • A $3.50 additional fee will be charged to your debit or credit card for each transaction.
  • If you have more than one citation, you can pay each individually or all at the same time.
  • When you receive your credit card statement, the payment transaction will appear as "Citation Processing Center."

There are times the site may not be available for processing online payments.

In that case, try again; the system should be available within one to two hours.

Appeal/Contest a Citation

You may appeal your citation online or in person within the first 21 calendar days following the issuance of your ticket.

If you choose to appeal the citation online, you can upload supporting evidence such as:

  • Pictures,
  • Statements from witnesses,
  • Receipts, or
  • Other documentation that may assist in the review of your citation.

The same provisions apply if appealing/contesting in person.

To appeal/contest in person, visit the Economic Development Department's Parking Authority.

For questions, please contact the Citation Processing Center at 1-800-989-2058.
