How To Apply

Complete the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) Request Form. This form includes questions about the neighborhood boundaries, traffic issues that concern residents in the neighborhood, and a petition.  Ten residents, who are at least 18 years of age and from separate households within the neighborhood boundaries described in the Request Form, must sign the petition.  The completed form and petition must be submitted to the Public Works Department NTMP Coordinator.

Contact the Program Coordinators to request an application for Traffic Calming in your neighborhood or download the request form.
