Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter Repair

The project removes and replaces concrete sidewalks, curbs, and gutters that have been damaged by City tree roots at various locations Citywide. 

Project Benefits

• Eliminate tripping hazards;
• Improve pedestrian safety; and 
• Repair damaged sidewalks. 

Work Hours

The project began on October 12, 2020, and is anticipated to be completed at the end of January 2021. Construction happens Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

City residents will be notified by Vanguard Construction of upcoming construction around them.

Project Funding

• Base bid funding is available from an apportionment of the Road Repair & Accountability Act of 2017 (SB1).
• Bid alternate funding is available from the Harding Way Corridor, Project PW1612.
