C&D Forms

At the time of your permit application you will receive a Construction & Demolition Package that includes 2 forms: Resource List and compliance instructions.  The forms include:

1. C&D Recycling Plan
2. C&D Recycling Report

Calculations

Please report your recyclable materials in tonnage. To convert pounds to tons, use these calculations.
