This Estimator is provided for preliminary calculation of building fees required by the City of Stockton. It approximates standard charges, to give citizens a rough idea of the types and amounts of fees that apply to a given project.
Details of each project must be analyzed by City staff before a final total can be given. Rarely, will this estimate be the actual final total.
Some reasons why your final total may be different than this estimate:
- Fee changes by City Council, not yet reflected in the Estimator.
- The category of project requires additional calculations not covered by the Estimator.
- The required building plan review process identifies other issues which have an impact on the fee structure.
