• Commercial/non-residential evictions moratorium

• Temporarily prohibits evictions of non-residential/commercial tenants for COVID-19-related non-payment causes.
• Expires 30 days after the Governor of California declares State of emergency related to COVID-19 is lifted.
• Does not forgive rent owed or due.

Support for Small Businesses

• San Joaquin County WorkNet Revolving Loan Fund provides loans for small businesses affected by COVID-19 with up to 750 employees located in California. 
• Downtown Stockton Enterprise Loan Fund (DSELF) for loans ranging from $25,000 to $65,000 for businesses located in Downtown Stockton.
• Stockton Impact Corps provides loans from $1,000 to $5,000 to small businesses.
• Main Street Launch offers small business loans from $10,000 to $250,000.
• EDD Work Sharing Program for businesses experiencing a reduction in production or services as a result of COVID-19 and seeking temporary alternatives to layoffs.
• SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) provides small business loans and an advance of up to $10,000 for small businesses, including agricultural businesses and private non-profit organizations that have been affected by COVID-19 with no more than 500 employees. 
• SBA Targeted EIDL Advance provides up to $10,000 grants for previous EIDL recipients of less than $10,000, or those who applied but did not receive funds due to lack of available funding. 
• SBA Debt Relief will waive six (6) months of principal, interest, and any associated fees for existing SBA loan borrowers during COVID-19.
• California Rebuilding Fund is a loan program to support California's small businesses - especially those located in economically disadvantaged and historically under-banked areas, with 50 full-time equivalent employees (FTEs) or less.

Outdoor Structures for Temporary Business Operations

• Temporary Outdoor Dining Permits for restaurants that have space available to use public space and make use of City right-of-way.
• Stockton Fire Department Fall & Winter Outdoor Dining Guidance 
• Addresses cooking, heating, ventilation, combustibles, and other regulations related to outdoor dining areas, facilities, and structures 

Funeral Assistance

FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) offers assistance for deaths that occurred as a result of COVID-19, which must have occurred after January 2020.
