COVID-19 Guidance for City Employees

The City of Stockton Emergency COVID Policy and Emergency COVID Procedure (formerly HR-73) Updated on 03.08.2022, for employees has been updated to include information previously provided in the following documents:

  • Employee Workplace Exposure Guidelines - Updated July 6, 2020
  • Employee FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) - Updated July 9, 2020

 

Employee Assistance Program Offerings

The City of Stockton offers employees a number of services under the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). These offerings are part of the City's employee benefits program and are available at no cost to assist employees with work/life balance. Programs include, but are not limited to:

  • Unlimited phone consultations with an EAP Counselor,
  • A website with helpful articles, training courses, and a legal and financial center, and
  • Referrals to local counselors to assist with topics, such as:
    • Education
    • Dependent care
    • Lifestyle and fitness management
    • Legal & financial services
    • Pet care
