Dean DeCarli Waterfront Plaza


Dean DeCarli Waterfront Plaza is named after Dean DeCarli, a former Stockton Mayor who is also called the "Father of Development in Stockton." The square was dedicated in 2001 as part of downtown revitalization.

The plaza's permanent shade structures, water feature and landscaping provides amenities for visitors and citizens. This project received numerous awards, including the AIA Award, Phoenix Award, and Council of Government Award.

The area is rentable and is the perfect location for an open air market, craft, entertainment event. For details further details, please call Special Events Services.
