Library Volunteers are crucial to the smooth operation of library services to the community. Volunteer activities include helping shelve books, cleaning book jackets, straightening books, and much more. Sometimes, schools will credit Library Volunteer Work for academic experience. Check with your school counselor.
This is a non-profit organization fully supported by volunteer Stockton Police Officers and Stockton youth. The program helps young adults develop responsibility, trust, teamwork, and leadership skills that are looked for in law enforcement professionals.
