Sports & Fitness Programs 

In addition to the information below, you can browse, register, and pay for a variety of classes online. 

 

Fencing- on hold until further notice

Train with nationally-ranked athletes of all ages, get in shape, improve balance, agility, hand-eye coordination, hand-foot coordination, fast-thinking, and problem-solving.  Each class accommodates up to six students. Participants should arrive in sneakers, long warm-up pants, and a t-shirt. Class options are once, twice, three times per week, or drop-in. 

 

Registration

 

  • Ages: 6-12
    • Class Times: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 4:00 - 5:15 p.m.

                                  Saturdays Noon to 1:15 p.m.;

  • Ages: 13-100 
    • Class Times: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

                                  Saturdays, 1:30 -3:00 p.m. 

 

Cost: 

  • One time per week- $119 per month
  • Two times per week- $169 per month
  • Three times per week- $229
  • Drop-in class- $35

Membership Fitness

Access our fitness rooms and designated time slots for basketball, futsal, badminton, pickleball, table tennis, and volleyball. Schedules vary by location.

Learn this ancient Chinese martial art that combines slow-moving and graceful exercises, soft circular motions to harmonize mind and body, and mental focus, while stretching muscles and joints. Great for maintaining a healthy body and mind.
