Oak Park Mural Ribbon Cutting Celebration

The Stockton Arts Commission will host a ribbon cutting celebration, unveiling Stockton’s newest mural at the Oak Park Senior Center, Wednesday, November 29, 2023, 4:00 p.m., at the Oak Park Senior Center, 30 E. Fulton St.  This celebration is open to all members of the community.

The mural was designed and created by artist, Stephen Coyle, depicting a window into the history of Oak Park and Stockton. Historical references in the mural include the original Oak Park marquee, a trolley, and Captain Weber, the founder of the Stockton. This event is a testament to the power of collaboration between artists and the community and shows the shared commitment to enriching public spaces that define our community.
