California AB 987

In October 2007, the Governor signed AB 987 making it effective as of January 1, 2008.  One of the requirements of AB 987 is for redevelopment agencies to compile, maintain, and make available to the public a database of existing new and substantially rehabilitated income restricted units asssited with monies from the Low and Moderate Income Housing fund.  The City of Stockton is currently compiling and preparing the information required for AB 987.  The most current database is posted below.
